Service Coordinator:
Located in Morrisville, Vermont Sterling Area Services is currently looking for a Service Coordinator to become part of a new and exciting program that provides specialized services to individuals with developmental disabilities. Applicants must hold a Bachelor's level degree in a human service related field, backed with relevant experience in working and supporting those with developmental disabilities. You will be familier with working across professional agencies and competent with interacting at all levels. To support you in this role you will receive regular management supervision, and ongoing training. This is a challenging position but then again the rewarding ones are! The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a developmental home provider, and can provide a patient, creative, and structured environment. A positive and good humored person is preferred. Applicants with alternative family stuctures would will also be considered. This position offers a generous tax-free stipend, respite, and 30-hours per week of day support. A seperate client vehicle and transportation allowance is also included. The Agency will provide ongoing case management along with training and medical follow-up.
